To stay at one of our official hotels, go to the ticket page and pay the $100 hold fee to hold a room. We will reach out and confirm how many nights you want and secure your room for the event. We can also help partner you with someone to share a hotel room, if you wish. The regular hotel rooms are $189 a night plus tax or if you are sharing it’s $99 a night plus tax for a shared room. We have rooms starting the MONDAY before the convention starts through checking out the Wednesday after the convention ends. Additional nights may also be available. Payment plans are available for hotel rooms as well. Madison is also a quick 25 mins away from Covington if you do want to stay there at this time we do not have any deals worked out with those.
