Policies - Always and Forever Con

We want the Always and Forever Convention to be a safe and fun environment, where everyone is welcome and accepted. Upon purchase of your convention tickets, you agree to the policies and rules set by Always and Forever Convention.

Before purchasing tickets to any Super Fantastic Convention, including Always and Forever Convention, or any events associated with Super Fantastic Conventions and Always and Forever Convention, please read the policies outlined below.

By purchasing tickets you are legally agreeing to follow our policies, which forms a binding contract between you, the purchaser/attendee, and Super Fantastic Convention, also known as the Always and Forever Convention.
These policies may be amended at any time at the discretion of the Always and Forever Convention and its producers. Always and Forever Convention reserves the right to deny entry to the events to any patron for any reason without a refund.

Always and Forever Convention reserves the right to revoke or suspend tickets and passes. If an individual breaks the rules set forth by the Always and Forever Convention, he/she will be asked to leave the convention. No refunds will be made for the cost of the ticket. If an individual breaks the law– city, state or federal- he/she will be arrested.

You must have an admission ticket (‘badge’) in order to have admission into the convention, do convention activities and attend any panels. We are not responsible for losses if you purchase any of the autograph/photograph/meet n’ greet tickets if admission tickets are not obtained.
Badges must be worn at all times during the convention and in the convention areas.
Lost or Stolen badges will not be replaced, so make sure you hang on to yours.
Badges can only be used by the person assigned at registration. Badges can not be shared or transferred. Anyone caught sharing will forfeit their badge immediately and be asked to leave the convention.

A purchase of a celebrity PHOTO OP gives you ONE 8×10 glossy full color photo of yourself with the celebrity. You may pay additionally for the digital version of the photo.

Up to two fans can be in the photo on one ticket, with each additional two fans you will need an additional ticket (i.e. four fans you’ll need to have two tickets for four people, six fans you will need three tickets etc). (NOTE: You must have a convention admission pass for the day of your photo op in order to redeem your photo op ticket and each person in the photo will need an admission ticket/pass.)

Tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable. You cannot sell, transfer or give away your tickets to someone else without permission from Always and Forever Convention.

Please reach out to help@alwaysandforevercon.com if you would like to transfer your tickets to someone else. Giveaway, Free, or Volunteer tickets are not eligible to be transferred to anyone.
Please note this is only allowed under limited and certain circumstances and is at full discretion of Always and Forever Convention. If you purchase tickets/passes from anyone else outside of our ticketing system and it is deemed fake or used, the Always and Forever Convention is not responsible and can not replace or refund you.

Always and Forever Convention its staff, volunteers and guests are not responsible for any personal financial loss related to travel or hotel expenses or bank or credit card fees due to postponed or canceled events.

Always and Forever Convention is an inclusive event for all fans, including those with disabilities. If you need assistance or special accommodations while at our event, please email us so that we can make sure you get what you need.

Possession of alcoholic beverages by anyone under the age of 21 is grounds for expulsion for the convention. Anyone drunk or belligerent will be asked to leave.

Always and Forever Convention is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property or any injuries sustained during the convention.

Announced events and guests are subject to change or cancellation at any time. We will do everything we can to notify attendees of these changes timely, but last-minute changes sometimes must be made.

Please dispose of any trash you create and leave all areas as they are when you arrive.

Do not abuse our contracted “convention” areas. Any acts of vandalism, deliberate or excessive damage to hotel property, harassment or abuse of hotel staff members will not be tolerated and will result in immediate expulsion from the convention, criminal charges and fines.

The person whose name is on the hotel room reservation is solely responsible for the occupants of the room, as well as the condition of the room, and will be charged for any and all damages.

Costumes or Cosplay is allowed as long as they are appropriate and follow all other policies set forth here. No nudity, vulgarity, or harassment. Weapons must clearly be fake and tagged.

Only registered vendors are allowed to sell merchandise, goods or services during the event.

Only service animals are allowed in the hotel and convention areas.

Always and Forever Convention has a ZERO tolerance policy for harassment of any kind, including verbal, physical, or emotional harassment. If you are asked to leave someone alone, or are told “NO” and you continue to engage this person, you will be asked to leave the convention and your badge will be revoked. If you are harassed, stalked, assaulted, or made to feel uncomfortable by anyone else, please let a member of the Always and Forever Convention staff know immediately. If you see someone being harassed or assaulted, including taking photos of them without their knowledge, please notify the staff immediately.

Always and Forever Convention will be recording the convention, including videos and photos. Some of our guests and many of the fans at the convention will also be taking videos and photos during the weekend. By accepting your badge, you acknowledge and agree that your likeness may be used in our promotional materials, advertisements and be posted by others on social media and web pages, and you release Always and Forever Convention, its partners, guests and its attendees from any repercussions. Super Fantastic Conventions and Always and Forever Convention are private events and any videography, photography or filming of any kind that occurs during the events are property of Always and Forever Convention and its partners. By purchasing tickets for this event, you agree that your image may be used for event and advertising purposes indefinitely.

No professional use of photography or video recording equipment during convention events or activities. No footage from the convention can be used for commercial use or the solicitation of funds, including videos, photos or sound recordings. Any press or interview requests must first be cleared with Always and Forever Convention and then an appropriate rep for the guest.

Video recording or flash photography is prohibited during panels. No photos or videos are allowed in photo op sessions, autograph sessions or meet & greet sessions.

For the safety and comfort of our guests, staff and other fans, all questions during the panels will be screened. If the Question Screener feels the question is inappropriate or has already been answered, you will be given the opportunity to offer another question. If you attempt to circumvent this by giving the screener one question and asking another when you reach the microphone, you will be removed from the panel immediately. Repeated attempts will result in loss of badge and dismissal from the event.

If you leave your seat in the panel area, you are forfeiting that seat to anyone else in your ticket level who wants it. You can’t ‘hold’ seats’. Certain rows and areas are saved for specific badges and only those with these specific badges may sit in these rows.

During the convention, you may see our guests walking around, either to get to convention events, or enjoying their break . Please do not approach the guests or try to stop them. They will be accompanied by a volunteer handler/security personnel or staff member who will stop you. If you attempt to press the issue or are belligerent with the handler or staff member it could result in your dismissal from the convention.

During the convention, you may not physically or verbally abuse the Guests. You should not touch them unless you ask and they agree, and you may not take liberties with their permission or their person. This includes asking for a hug and attempting to kiss or grope them. It also includes grabbing them or holding on to them. If you attempt to press the issue or are belligerent with the handler or staff member it could result in your dismissal from the convention.

POLICIES ON ACCESSIBILITY:

Fans who require accessibility services and have a medical companion with them may request a complimentary admission pass for their service person. The medical companion will receive a general admission one-day pass and will be granted access to the same areas of the show as the fan requiring assistance. For example, if a VIP Pass is purchased, their companion will receive a complimentary day pass and will be given access to all VIP areas, lines and lounges etc. to aid the fan who requires their assistance. Medical companions are required to stay with and assist the patron with disabilities. The medical companion is not entitled to any merchandise benefits, “line-jumps” or exclusive benefits. The complimentary admission pass must be applied for in advance through customer service. Please send an e-mail to help@alwaysandforevercon.com if you need to request a pass.
Specially Ticketed Events have their own specific policies that vary. Please contact Customer Service with your request in advance if you’d like to inquire about the policy on a particular Specially Ticketed Event you’d like to attend and require a medical companion for. Your request will then be reviewed by a Manager, and we will notify you of our ability to accommodate your needs.
Always and Forever Convention provides Medical Stickers to individuals who identify as having accessibility needs. This sticker identifies you to Staff, Crew and Security and indicates that you may need additional assistance. Please note that the Medical Sticker does not provide admission; you must have a valid ticket. The Medical Sticker does not provide early access to the show, nor does it guarantee seating or priority access to any areas of the show.

We provide accessible seating, as available. Please be aware that all seating for Panels and Screenings are on a first-come, first-served basis and we cannot guarantee seating for everyone. Fans who require accessible seating should plan to arrive at a Panel at least 15 minutes prior to the event. Please keep in mind that all our events are very popular and seating may not be available if you wait until the last minute to get to the room. Please read your Program and plan your day accordingly, being sure to leave additional time for lines.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow priority access to signings at the convention. Guests often sign for limited amounts of time and to be fair for all attendees, we cannot allow a fan to bypass any autographing lines – unless you have a VIP Pass.

We recommend arranging to have someone within your group wait in line for you. When your spot reaches the front of the line, you may rejoin for your signing.

There will be on-site accessibility parking.

Always and Forever Convention does not provide or rent special equipment. If you require such services you will need to acquire one independently prior to the show.

Guide dogs and service animals are welcome at our shows, provided they are leashed or under similar control as appropriate. Attendees with service animals on-site at the event assume complete responsibility for their animal for the duration of their time at the event.

While we don’t anticipate having a problem, we all must do our part to make the Always and Forever Convention successful, enjoyable weekend for everyone.

In the event of a guest cancellation, any “guest specific” items will be fully refunded within 30 days of the cancellation OR you may email us to transfer the amount to another item of your choice at an equal or higher value (difference will be paid by the attendee).
